HOW CAN I CONTACT COLLEGE CLOUT?
Your satisfaction is important to us! We have a customer service team working around the clock that is more than happy to respond to any questions, comments, and concerns. Your inquiry will be responded to in the order that it is received. You will receive a response no later than 24 hours after you send your inquiry.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
It is typically a 3-5 business day processing time and a 3-5 day business day shipping time for Domestic orders and 5-20 business day shipping time for International orders. You will receive your tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. After that, it will be trackable once USPS or UPS scans your order at their sorting office which is typically within 24 hours. If you do not receive your order within 21 business days (domestic) or 45 business days (international), you will be eligible for a refund (please see our refund policy). Thank you!
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
Yes! All orders include tracking. It will automatically be sent to your email you provide us with. Please follow our question above to see when they will be shipped out.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We currently accept Credit Card and PayPal payments. You do not need a PayPal account to pay.
HOW DO I RETURN OR REFUND AN ITEM?
Before issuing a refund or return request, we must receive a video of the product in fact being defective or damaged (please see our refund policy). Please understand that this is a strict company policy and is important to look after our business as well as the customer.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately once you place your order it cannot be changed after. All orders are handmade once you order, so it is unlikely for us to cancel/change an order, but in some cases we can. So please make sure you spend some time browsing and order the correct items that you want! Just email us and we will be sure to help you out.
TAXES AND DUTIES:
We are not responsible for international taxes, duties or customs fees, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
